How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on the number of player seats your institution needs. We work with you to right-size the license during the demo.
How do we pay?
We invoice annually — no credit card required on the website. Payment is by check or ACH.
Is there a trial?
Yes. We offer a trial period so your coaches can evaluate the platform with real tournament data before committing.
What about high schools?
We work with high school programs. For players under 18, the institution is responsible for obtaining parental/guardian consent before adding them to a roster.
