Team Dashboard

Conforming Tournament Mode
Rounds are only uploaded during a signed BirdieIQ competition event with a valid time window. No practice rounds, no live tracking, no round-day phone use — fully conforming.
Roster Management
Add players with a roster code or invite by email. Players consent before any data is shared. Deactivate or remove players at any time — you control the roster.
Privacy by Design
Player data is opt-in, round-by-round, and revocable. A coach sees only their own team. A program administrator sees all teams within their institution. Nothing is sold, ever.
How it works
Set up your institution
Register your college, high school, or club. We activate your subscription and you become the program administrator.
Add your coaches and teams
Invite coaches by email. Each coach creates a team and generates a roster code for players to join.
Create competition events
Set the course, event name, and valid time window. BirdieIQ signs a token so only tournament rounds are uploaded.
Review the dashboard
After each event, every player's rounds appear in the team dashboard — sorted, filtered, and exportable.
