BirdieIQ Shot Tracker

In the app, open Setup > Device help to connect or reconnect your tracker, read the tracker instructions, or run a Phone GPS test.

Back up or move your rounds

Setup > Data management lets you Export recovery file and Restore from file. Keep the file private.

Delete your account

To delete your account and online data, email privacy@birdieiq.us.

Clear History in the app only removes rounds saved on this iPhone. It does not delete your account.

Frequently asked questions

Is Clear History the same as deleting my account?

No. Clear History removes rounds saved on this iPhone only. To delete your account, see “Delete your account” above.

Does deleting the app delete my account?

No. Removing BirdieIQ erases data on your phone only. Your account and online data stay until you ask us to delete them.

My GPS mark is missing or wrong. What do I do?

Move into open sky and check that Location is allowed for BirdieIQ. You can switch to Manual marking and keep playing. A manual position isn't a measured GPS location.

A round won't save. What should I do?

Keep BirdieIQ installed and don't clear its data. If a recovery card appears, use Email Preserved Round or Export Preserved Round. Otherwise open Setup > Contact Support and email us.

How many people can play in a Game Day?

2 to 8 players in one Game Day. Each player joins on their own iPhone from the host's private invite link or QR code, confirms with Apple, and scores sync for the whole game. You need an internet connection. Some formats need an exact number of players: Wolf, Vegas and Sixes need 4; Best Balls of 4 and Waltz need 8.

Can more than 8 of us play, in separate groups?

Yes, with a website tournament for 9 to 52 players. The organizer sets it up on birdieiq.us and each group scores with its own QR code. Separate groups exist only in website tournaments, not in one Game Day.
